Unless specified to the contrary prices are listed by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration. The Seller may give notice to the Buyer prior to delivery of any increase in price provided the Buyer may cancel this contract within 3 days of any such notice by the Seller.
Making a Purchase
Via the Web
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payments can be transacted in the following currencies : GBP, EUR, USD , AUD, CAD, NZD.
We accept most Credit and Debit Cards through our secure servers and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to despatch. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
You have the right to cancel within 7 working days; you will be refunded the full cost of the goods as soon as we receive them back in original packaging and unused, We’re sorry, we do not refund postal charges.
Over the Phone
You can browse our catalogue of items over the internet at any time, and if you prefer, you can order over the phone. Our order lines are open Mon – Sat.. 10am till 5pm. You can pay by most major Credit and Debit cards. We have many years of experience so please don’t hesitate to ask us any questions.

Credit Card Security
We use Realex and PayPal payment processing systems. All credit card numbers are fully encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
For telephone orders or personal shopping, we use an encrypted Worldpay terminal for processing card payments. We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping and Handling
Please note that the shipping and handling costs (which vary according to weight of goods selected) will be automatically calculated and added to the order value once you proceed to checkout.
All Ireland (inc. Northern Ireland) orders are sent by An Post standard Mail unless otherwise specified at checkout. Orders to all other European and Worldwide destinations are sent via An Post registered track & trace post.
Special delivery methods through other couriers may be arranged by customers and will be at the customer’s own expense.
We will normally process your order within 2 working days and goods are usually delivered within 7 working days, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery date and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Right of withdrawal
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from us so you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will gladly refund the goods value (by your original payment method) within 30 days of us receiving back the unwanted items. This refund of course is conditional on the goods being unused, undamaged, in original packaging and being in the same physical state as purchased.
Exclusions: Unfortunately for Health & Safety reasons we regret we are unable to accept for return wigs, socks, bras or kickpants. Unless faulty, personalised items are non-returnable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The cost of postage for the return of unwanted goods shall be borne by the customer and no postage charges will be refunded. Of course, although rare, mistakes sometimes happen, so if we sent goods to you not as ordered, it is only fair that we should refund you for postage of the return and also bear the cost of sending the replacement product to you.
We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days; however the customer will bear responsibility for postage charges relating to replacement items.
Return of faulty goods
Our goods are guaranteed by the manufacturers to be free of defects. If you believe an item is defective, please contact us in the first instance and tell us the nature of the complaint. If we believe your complaint may be justified we will ask you to return the goods for inspection for wear and tear. If the goods are found to be defective we will agree to repair or replace them to you or refund the purchase price at our discretion. Please note that goods returned to us for inspection are returned at owners expense; should the problem be an issue of fair wear and tear, return postage of the item will also be at owners expense.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process. Your statutory rights are not affected.
